The partnership.dll is also in the Startup List of Spybot S&D and it cannot be removed from there.Ĥ - when I run msconfig I can see in the System.INI section that there's an entry under Windows with the path "C:Windows\inet20126\services.exe (I disabled it) I cannot find this file in the location stated by HJT so I cannot delete it.

exe is C:\WINDOWS\systems32 - but i CANNOT find the file in that location so i cannot delete it.Ģ - in Task Manager I have the process "iexplore" running under SYSTEM (rather than my User Name) and it starts up without IE even being open (I CANT terminate this process!) - not good!ģ - in HJT I noticed a 020 WinLogon Notify for the file partnership.dll.
